1.Releasing self limiting beliefs - Stop the comparisons. No one can be you not even if they tried! I know some of you got a list of people that copies every thing you do. 😏 Burn 🔥 the list the only person you need to take notice of is yourself. Look a little deeper within yourself an create a tunnel vision approach. Say "I am amazing being I shall not feel slighted by those doing similar work has me." Then take action to become great at what YOU do and don't compare! You shouldn't have time if your working on yourself to elevate your life! You are capable of great things if you Focus on what matters YOU.
2. How are you talking in your head! 🕵🏾♀️ Inspect that mental dialogue going on in there!!! I'm sure it needs a bit of tune up!!! If it not loving and encouraging! "It's time to make that change" (mj voice). You have to speak to yourself the same way your would encourage someone you love.
3. Here a big one here letting go of trauma and emotional wounds. This where you need a support team you can't always do this alone. Who say self care has to be alone time you can always reach out to others. Nothing wrong with seeking helping to take a load off your shoulders. You deserve to heal!!!
